Since I announced my campaign for Congress, I have been humbled by the support I’ve received from across Florida’s 16th District and from across the entire state and nation. I have made many new friends and met thousands of great people along the way – each with their own unique story. I had hoped to be representing you in Congress come January but, on Election Day, we came up short. Our campaign was sustained by all the groups and individuals who worked so hard for me and for our cause and your work and determination will not be forgotten.

As we move forward, it’s important we rally behind our nominee, Tom Rooney. Congress needs to change and I believe he is the one to begin that process. Our party needs to return to its conservative roots and now is the time to work hard for our Republican nominee.

As I move forward, I hope you will stay in touch. While I may not be campaigning around the District this fall, I will be moving forward with other ventures in which I hope to work with you once again.
